Intuos3 tablet system from Wacom works intuitively, ergonomically and productively, making it ideal for digital photographers, video editors, graphics designers, artists, illustrators and 3D designers. The special CAD configuration contains the Intuos3 Lens Cursor instead of the Intuos3 Pen.

Intuos3 A3 Wide tablet is now available in the new 16:10 format. That makes it ideal for optimising use of the entire working area in widescreen and dual-monitor environments. It’s also ideal for HDTV video editing. Designed for high-end workstation use, the A3 Wide represents the ultimate in a large high-performance graphics tablet.

Intuos3 offers tools that work in harmony with each other, to accelerate workflow when using creative applications.

The tablet has 8 integrated, programmable buttons that can be used as hot keys for frequently used commands. The buttons are freely programmable with both menu instructions and specific key combinations. The touch strip can be used as a touch sensitive scrollbar. You can utilise it in combination with the hot Expresskeys and the grip pen to optimise your workflow.

Grip pen is a cordless, battery-free, pen with 1,024 pressure levels and 5,080 dpi resolution with maximised precision and ergonomics. The anti-slip, rubberized grip area reduces the grip load by up to 40 per cent.

The cordless mouse has 5 programmable buttons and scroll wheel, no ball and high resolution for light and precise control.

You can purchase (optional extra) a digital airbrush which is pressure and incline sensitive.

Features

16:10 format - With a working surface in 16:10 format, the Intuos3 A3 Wide enables optimal usage of the entire working surface in multiple monitor environments and when using widescreen LCD displays. It’s also ideal for distortion-free working with widescreen notebooks.
Pressure-sensitivity with 1,024 levels - Create natural-looking pen, brush, and eraser strokes.
Tilt Sensitivity - Tilt your input device in either direction and create natural-looking pen, brush, and eraser strokes.
Tool ID - With Tool ID each Intuos3 input device can be individually programmed and configured for each application. And these functions are automatically activated as soon as the application starts.
ExpressKeys - The ExpressKeys are a set of buttons located on both sides of the tablet. Assign your favourite keys or macros to these buttons and start to forget your keyboard.
Touch Strip - The Touch Strip allows you to use your finger directly on the tablet – similar to notebooks' touchpad. Zoom in and out within your image with a single sweep of your finger – and if you prefer to stick to the pen, then use it on the Touch Strip too.
Absolute Positioning - The edge of a mouse pad won't ever stop you again - Wacom tablets allow absolute positioning in which the active area represents your entire monitor screen.
Eraser - Get rid of errors by a flip of your pen.
Cord-/battery-less - No input device needs a cord or battery - the tablet itself supplies the input device with power.
Plug and Play - Your Intuos3 pen tablet system installs easily and quickly and is compatible with all your software.
