Uppersystem (USL) installations
Wedgwood work with Uppersystem for their audio visual installations. Uppersystem project management and installation engineers are all employed (PAYE) and CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Registered, so you are assured that Uppersystem will manage the quality of installations on-site. Uppersystem installs over 15,000 data outlets per annum, maintains over 2000 voice extensions and has the capacity to install 1,000 audio visual systems per month. They deploy engineers throughout the UK from offices in Daventry, Blackburn and Edinburgh and can respond to ad-hoc jobs in the UK. Although USL will make every effort to accommodate your required date for installation, a confirmed installation date cannot be given until the placement of your order and site survey. Please note that a two to three week lead time from order placement to installation date is typical, but can rise in peak periods. Once your purchase order and signed installation form are received, you will receive a phone call from the installation company regarding a site survey, which may be conducted over the telephone, and the installation company will then give you an install date at a mutually convenient time.
