Rosco egg crate 12x12-inch Egg crates are a great way to control the quality and direction of a LitePad. A stand alone LitePad has a beam angle of approximately 165 degrees. Adding an egg crate to the front of a LitePad will make the light more directional and change the beam angle to approximately 127 degrees.
