Promospace digital signage software Single licence. Promospace is easy to use software that allows users to create professional and head turning content for digital signage applications. Please note that info cannot be published over the Internet, so LAN (local area network) only. Licence is for life, and you need 1 licence for each PC/player that Promospace is being used on to display your signage. Picture shows Promospace software on a display screen for illustration only; display screen and player are not included. Software only. Promospace can be used in reception areas or stores to welcome customers with information, advertising, latest news and weather, or the latest sporting fixtures and results, thus being informative and entertaining. It is ideal for vertical solutions, in education, finance, government, health, leisure and retail. With Promospace software you can turn any screen into a vital communication tool. It allows additional elements and messages to be added instantaneously as well being able to resize and move them around the screen at will. Users can create content and messaging that suits their audience and then program it as to when it is displayed by using the media scheduler. Help is provided with a selection of templates provided free of charge to ensure users can get started immediately. To create some head turning content is easy. Simply insert the content you require, video, images, audio, news feeds and images etc, then layer them as you would like them to appear and resize as required, then the content is created. You can insert MPEG4, MPEG3, MGP, AVI, WMV movie formats; JPEG, GIF, BMP, EMF, WMF, TIFF, PNG, ICO image formats; WAV, MP3, WMA, AAC audio formats; Java animation, HTML web browser, PowerPoint multimedia formats. Supported operating systems; Windows XP Embedded, Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 and 2003 server. Promospace software and Thinspace network players can be used as a stand alone solution for digital signage or they can be used across a network. Once your content is designed, you then use the media scheduler to show pre-programmed content at designated times. You can show content in landscape or portrait design, and send this to a display screen, such as an LCD monitor, or project through a projector onto a screen. Minimum system requirements: CPU 1GHz FREE 15 day evaluation software download available. Not for use over Internet, LAN only.
