We do not supply AV equipment to consumers (home users).
How can I order?
We cannot accept telephone orders so please fax your
orders 01754 768036. Please call us on with your
requirements and we will produce you a full quotation first if required.
If you are an LEA educational establishment, government
body or blue chip company and wish to pay by 14 or 30 day account please
fax your official purchase order to 01754 768036.
You can order online with our shopping cart system for
payment by cheque, credit or debit card, or bank transfer. Each
individual product page links to the shopping cart.
Purchase orders must include delivery address, invoice
address, goods, prices, delivery price, quotation number and credit card
surcharge if applicable. Purchase orders should be signed by the
Since Brexit was announced in June 2016 we have had several
distributors send us revised price lists with increases because of the
currency change of the £ against the US$ and Euro. We
unfortunately have to raise our prices buy the same amount. We also
deal with manufacturers from non-EU and non-US countries, including UK
manufacturers, and prices of these goods are likely to be unaffected,
subject only to the usual price increases as cost of their raw materials
increase. Rest assured that will not be
profiteering from any such price increases as customer service is always at

Next day delivery cut-off time on
first time orders
For next day deliveries (stock items) on first time
orders we require payment clearance by 2pm. For projector lamps,
delivery is up to 10 working days.

Orders cannot be processed until payment is cleared. Normally delivery
is 1 to 2 working days after payment clearance, subject to stock.
Conditions of order / Cancellations and refunds
Goods are NOT sold on a 'sale or return' evaluation
basis. Please make sure that you order carefully.
Orders, except special orders, can be cancelled at any
point prior to dispatch without penalty. However, if you cancel
and the goods have been dispatched you will be charged a 25% restocking
fee. We do not exchange products once delivered.
If goods are special order, i.e. order specifically for
your requirements , i.e. bespoke brackets etc. projector lamp for
specific projector, then these cannot be cancelled and payment will
still be required, even if you do not accept the goods.
If goods arrive damaged or in non-working condition,
then we must be notified within 2 working days to arrange replacement.
The manufacturers warranty takes effect after this 2 working day period.
All goods are covered by manufacturers warranties as
stated on the manufacturers product description. Should an item be
faulty please contact us within 48 hours to organize an exchange when
you will be given a returns number and an exchange organized. We cannot
accept goods back otherwise.
We will not be held responsible for any additional
expenses you may incur, for instance, late installations.
Please do not book installations of equipment before delivery to
give you chance to receive and fully test the equipment.
Please allow ample time for
equipment to be delivered which is required for time critical missions,
such as exhibitions, presentations, etc., as we will not be held
responsible for any additional expenses your may incur.
Credit and debit card orders
For credit/debit card orders to organisations, delivery will
only be made to your trading address. Please note that for businesses and
registered charities etc. we perform full identity and credit checking due
to the high value of the goods we supply.

Why buy from Wedgwood?
is not liable for delays in delivery or
cancellation of your order caused by circumstances beyond it's reasonable
control. Examples: supplier transport, manufacturers production
problems, governmental action and natural disasters. If this
lasts more than 2 months, then this Agreement may be terminated by either
party without compensation.
