Neo Neon LED neon flex 240v RGB LED neon flex is available in standard 24v or professional 240v versions. It is sold per specified length, as that is where the cutting line is. The neon flex can be cut and joined using accessories. You will need a power connector for the 240v flex, which terminates in a 13 amp plug (sold separately). IP54 rated. LED neon flex is energy saving and gives off little heat. Tradtional neon lighting neon uses up to 29.17 watts per linear metre running at 15,000 volts. By comparison, the standard LED neon flex consumes 8.66 watts per linear metre operating on a 24 volt supply, or between 3.15 and 3.94 watts per metre using the professional 240v neon flex. LED flex is flexible, durable and made from lightweight PVC. The LEDs are encapsulated in an oval shaped jacket which has been designed to illuminate uniformly. It is supplied on drums which can be easily transported. It can be bent into tight curves as small as 4cm radius, and can be cut at regular intervals (cutting lines marked on the LED flex). The standard 24v LED neon flex is powered using a dedicated transformer, sold separately. Each transformer will power a roll of 9.14 metres of neon flex. The professional 240v flex does not require a transformer and can be connected to a 240v supply using the dedicated front power lead (170cm), sold separately.
