NEC MultiSync P701-OSTU NEC MultiSync P701-OSTU 70-inch LCD optical sensing touchscreen. The touch sensor is fully integrated behind the standard NEC bezel. The touchscreen is multi-touch capable and Windows 7 dual touch ready. Pictured with optional feet, for illustration only.Touchscreens that use Optical Sensor Technology are not robust, not vandal resistant and therefore not suitable for public display. The Optical Sensor Technology has cameras in the corner of the screen and a reflective strip, so that it knows when you are touching the screen. These LCD screens are ideal for annotation, e.g. writing. Adding cameras needs a bigger bezel, therefore NEC use this technology on their Multeos LCDs NEC P series NEC P series of 40-inch, 46-inch, 52-inch, 55-inch and 70-inch professional grade, full high definition LCD displays are ideal for digital signage applications.
