Please note Loxit are now now incorporating the soft start and surge protection option as standard in their charging kits. This is not a legal requirement as Loxit trolleys have always passed all safety requirements verified by third party independent experts. However, in light of recent HSE recommendations regarding electrical safety on laptop trolleys and also in line with best practice, Loxit have decided to only offer charging kits with soft start and surge protection built in. Furthermore Loxit are finding it increasingly common that customers who do not purchase the soft start and surge protection units with their original order are then retro-fitting them later, which is proving costly and disruptive for them.
