Impromp2u installation services of one engineer to install your video conferencing system. This includes installing the system and your screen (does not include screen bracket), and then configure the system to the network. All networking must be in place, the installation engineer does NOT do this.

Install normally includes basic training to ensure your system is set up ready to work, but this can depend on a number of factors.

If you are able to supply a competent member of staff to help the engineer lift your screen onto the mount, then this will not necessitate sending two engineers to site (otherwise the cost is double).

Additional cost of installation is charged if the engineer has to come back a second time to your site, because of incorrect details supplied by yourselves on the pre-install form, which you will need to complete when placing your order.

Advice on “best location” for system and room “suitability”
On-site installation of video conferencing codec and associated peripherals such as external mics or Visual Concert/ImageShare, Data Solution Box etc. with a “free-standing” display. Including:-

o System located for best use
o All cables suitably tied & labelled
o Camera pre-sets entered as per customer requirements
o Test dial-in and dial-out calls made over max bandwidth of available ISDN and/or IP connection

Up to 90 minutes User Training on day of install for up to six people
Copy of sign-off sheet for reseller
30 days telephone support

Please do not book installation of equipment before goods have arrived and have been fully tested. We accept no liability for installation or other cost occurred in the case of late delivery. Courier delays, manufacturer supply problems, etc, are beyond our responsible control.
