IDNS audio installation

Standard audio installation includes brackets for loudspeakers and the installation of up to 6 loudspeakers and amplifier. Does not include the loudspeakers and amplifier.

Loudspeakers can be wall mounted, or can be ceiling mounted, or soundfield tile speakers. Includes all required cabling, termination and connection to amplifier.

Powered speakers will require power outlets fitting in the area of installation. Standard audio install does not include the fitting of power outlets to the area of installation and is restricted to a working height of 4m.

Discount is available for installation of 2 or more standard audio projects on same site.

Standard installation

Criteria for standard installations is:

Height of the working area does not exceed 4m (including void in suspended ceiling), nor is below 2.4m.

Any power required for the installation is either fitted before install takes place, or that adequate temporary power is made available. Installation cost does not include any fitting of required power outlets.

Required length of bracket does not exceed 1m

Free access to the room during installation will be available on the installation date specified and that free use of power tools will be permitted.

Date of installation

Although we will make every effort to accommodate your required date for installation, we cannot confirm this until the placement of your order. Please note that a two-week lead time from order placement to installation date is typical, but can rise in peak periods.

IDNS have an excellent reputation for quality installation consultancy and have been providing solutions for education and corporate projects for over 20 years. All IDNS engineers are fully qualified to CTS level and are fully ICIA accredited. Their installation team is also fully CRB checked.

We are unable to take telephone orders, but you can order online with our shopping cart.

If you are an educational establishment, government establishment, large registered charity or blue chip company and wish to pay by 14 or 30 day account please fax your official purchase order.

Please do not book installation of equipment before goods have arrived and have been fully tested. We accept no liability for installation or other cost occurred in the case of late delivery. Courier delays, manufacturer supply problems, etc, are beyond our responsible control.
