InterWrite PRS RF handset PRS RF (personal response system - radio frequency), handsets are sold singly to enable you have as many as you wish. You can run a maximum 2,000 handsets from one hub, therefore, in a large conference facility of 300 handsets you need only one hub, but for three classrooms you would need to use one hub in each room with the required number of handsets depending on student numbers. Interwrite PRS RF gives teachers more options to teach and access their students (IR infrared line of sight only allows T/False and multipled choice options and you have to point the handset at the receiver). Radio Frequency gives more flexibility and options. Picture shows Interwrite PRS RF handset - 2-line LED display; buttons to scroll through questions in self-paced mode, A-E multiple choice questions, T/F questions, 0-9 numeric questions including decimal point and postive/negative. PRS RF features a 2-line LCD display that allows students to see their answers and receive instant notification that they were successfully transmitted. The 16-character display is also ideal for self-paced exams, especially in high-stakes testing, where students can easily access through a series of questions and answers at their own pace. With Interwrites PRS RF, student repsonses can include positive and negative answers, answer series, short answers. Teachers and lecturers have a powerful tool to go beyond asking simple multipled choice and true/false questions. You can even import leading text book publishers digital questions into Interwrite PRS to save you a lot time. Build questions with PRS software and create questions on the fly with PRS or use Interwrite software. You can change any PowerPoint slide into a PRS question slide and instantly see your class response and measure comprehension. Ideal for secondary schools, further education and higher education. You can take attendance to reduce the risk of lesson skipping, give quizzes or tests, analyze student assessment data and reports or just perform a quick lesson review - teachers can focus more time on teaching and less on paperwork and grading.
