eBeam whiteboard Bluetooth Pocket sized eBeam whiteboard is a portable interactive/copyboard whiteboard solution which you can use with or without a projector. Used without a projector, you simply attach eBeam to any standard whiteboard, connect to your computer wirelessly via Bluetooth, so you can capture, save and print to share your notes with other people. This effectively turns a whiteboard into a copyboard. Used with any projector, eBeam turns your standard whiteboard into an interactive whiteboard, using the eBeam pen as a mouse. Left hand picture shows eBeam components; right hand picture shows eBeam attached in top right hand corner of your standard whiteboard (board and laptop not included). eBeam whiteboard turns any flat white surface such as a wall or dry wipe whiteboard up to 8 feet by 4 feet into an interactive touchscreen. It captures images, drawings and notes from your whiteboard to your PC or laptop via Bluetooth. The eBeam whiteboard uses a receiver which attaches to any dry wipe copyboard or whiteboard using the built-in suction cup on the back of the receiver, which then connects to your PC using Bluetooth. Easy to set up and use, there are unlimited user licenses. eBeam lets you share your drawings, meeting notes and ideas instantly across the country or world in real time, saving expenses on travel and valuable time. Beneficial for education, business and training as the eBeam system3 is lightweight, highly portable, weights about 1kg, and is able to move from room to room. Your client may be based 200 miles away and you need feedback on presentation notes you are preparing. Using the eBeam system3 on your whiteboard which is connected to your computer or laptop, you can share your meeting notes in real-time over the Internet, making any changes as your client views them. You can then save notes and email presentations in many different formats: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, HTML, PDF, EPS, BMP, WBD. eBeam is a portable interactive whiteboard solution, making it ideal for on-the-road sales, presentation and training staff to make interactive presentations. Easy to set up and use There are three steps to setting up eBeam quickly and easily. Firstly you attach the eBeam receivers (suckers) to the corner of your whiteboard and connect the cable from the left to the right hand received, plug in the power cable and connect to the computer via Bluetooth. Next you put the colour sleeves into the markers, install the batteries and eBeam eraser and place the function strip onto the whiteboard which allows you to print and save images. Software features the gallery of images and clipart; a cover sheet which is an updated approach to the old practice of putting a solid sheet over an overhead transparency and covering the page to reveal one part at a time; spotlight which focuses the attention of your audience on what you want them to view; background settings; handwriting recognition; layers; master page and image based objects.
